Custell Cloud is an enterprise relationship management (ERM) system for large organisations that reverses that this paradigm. It actively integrates collective human ingenuity into the heart of business process in real time to enable workers to make their own decisions on how they work and collaborate. Relationships with external suppliers, partners and customers can be captured within software without altering work practices, delivering a three to fivefold productivity gain. Custell Cloud leads to improved customer acquisition and retention while driving growth from relationships.
Custell Cloud currently includes three business applications. SARP provides an account team with the means to collaboratively develop and maintain a strategic customer account plan for a large customer relationship and thus retain the account, and cross-sell and upsell to grow revenue and margin. SOCS provides a comprehensive strategy development methodology for large sales opportunities, while Realtalk is used by organisations to benchmark and improve their customer’s ‘perception of value’, which is the key determinant for customer retention.
Custell Cloud’s Virtual Team enables the creation of secure relationships between teams, including those assembled across a number of organisations, and provides comprehensive project management capabilities. Outcome Manager is a project management module used to model projects around team structures and required outcomes, to manage the relationship between parties jointly working on projects and subprojects without compromising security.
Because Custell Cloud is hosted on the web, it requires no on-premises software. It is simple, intuitive and mobile, and integrates with third party tools, enabling staged implementation. It is used by large organisations including Corporate Express and Mainpac.
