Shirlaws is a professional coaching organisation that was specifically created and designed to service SME clients. They specialise in accelerating growth by commercialising good ideas and helping businesses achieve stable profitable growth and maximising the equity opportunity at every stage of the journey.
Today Shirlaws focuses on working with high potential businesses, helping them to build solid foundations which enable them to develop into great businesses that people are proud to be apart of. They do this by dealing with the cultural and commercial aspects of an organisation so that clients, staff and key stakeholders can reduce stress and enjoy the process of building a solid and successful business.
Shirlaws was born out of management consulting field in Sydney in 1999 and has serviced over 3,000 clients from SMEs to large corporates during that time. Early on, Shirlaws transitioned into an education based business, focussing on transferring business capability and skills into the client’s business through the process of design and implementation of strategic initiatives. This approach enables knowledge to be retained in the business upon project completion.
Shirlaws clients have received various industry and national awards, and many have joined Shirlaws as local businesses appearing on BRWs 'Fast 100' list.
Shirlaws continues to grow and develop as a leader of the coaching industry and is now located in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, USA, Spain, the UAE, and Canada. Shirlaws has co-developed and co-delivered the only Masters of Business Coaching programme provided through the Sydney Business School (University of Wollongong).
