Diagnostic Tools- 

The Diagnostic Tools under each catagory are comprised of a webcast featuring a recorded seminar along with the accompanying slides.

Diagnostic tools can be accessed in two ways-

                 1) you can view the webcast only or

                 2) you can view the webcast and also answer a series of questions that are designed to help you diagnose both the strengths and weaknesses of your business. To access this service you will need to login, logging in will allow you to save your results and give you the ability to return to the series at any time. The Login button can be found at the right hand side or bottom of the screen once you have selected the diagnostic you would like to view.
